When You're Eligible

Your request is made within 7 days of your purchase date.
The headshot generation failed or produced unusable results.
You're simply not happy with the quality — we respect that.

Automatic Refunds

If our system detects a failure during headshot generation, we automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation — no action needed on your part.
