• Email address — Used for order delivery and communication.
• Photos — Uploaded selfies used solely for AI model training to generate your headshots.
• Payment information — Processed securely by Polar. We never store your payment details.

• Train a temporary AI model specific to your face to generate headshots.
• Deliver your generated headshots via email and a private gallery link.
• Process payments and provide customer support.

Your uploaded photos, generated headshots, and trained AI models are automatically deleted 30 days after your order is completed. We recommend downloading your headshots before this period expires.

We do not sell your data. Your photos are shared only with:

• Replicate — For AI model training and headshot generation.
• Supabase — For secure cloud storage.
• Polar — For payment processing.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will process your request within 72 hours.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Photos are stored in private, encrypted storage buckets and accessed only via time-limited signed URLs. We follow industry best practices to keep your data safe.
